Service Support Administrator

Role Description:

To provide administration support to the London Service Team, managing day-to-day administration duties and providing support as needed.

Main duties will include:
– Liaising with the Quality & Compliance department to ensure that audit checks are completed and logs are maintained weekly on site
– CAR investigation support
– Attending any relevant meetings and accurately writing up minutes
– Liaising with HR to provide any documents for new starters and chasing for any outstanding documents as requested in the local area
– Providing reminders to technicians to complete their time sheets
– Comparing the van tracker against overtime reports to ensure that any overtime hours requested are accurate
– Using the WAP system and processing spares orders for the region daily
– Uploading invoices
– Chasing regional orders
– Maintaining van & fleet bookings around business demands and liaising with the correct people to ensure that anything required in the area is arranged
– Updating rotas on i-Tracker and doing product investigations
– Reducing costs and sourcing transport/upholstery etc. from local companies
– Onsite customer meeting preparations
– Cleaning the office/meeting spaces (not the service centre)

To be considered for this role applicants are required to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:
– Experience within an administration environment. It would be beneficial if this was in a warehouse/service environment
– Ability to manage your workload effectively when supporting different business functions
– Strong and demonstrable MS Outlook and Word skills

– Good attention to detail
– Strong communication skills to liaise with the correct people when necessary, both internal and external
– Strong administration and organisational skills

This is a full time role of 37.5 hours per week.
