Customer Operations Representative – Castle Donington

Your Role :-

As a Customer Operations Representative, you’ll respond to, and direct customer calls, ensuring customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.

Specifically, you will:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Accurately update our internal system with key information
  • Process information for our Technicians
  • Process information for our Technicians

Experience Needed :-

To join us as a Customer Operations Representative, you’ll need:

  • Previous customer service and/or call centre experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional telephone manner
  • A strong customer focus
  • Reasonable geographical knowledge

This role is available on a full time basis working the following shifts:

Monday 2.00pm – 10.00pm (working from home after training)
Tuesday to Friday 9.30am – 6.00pm (office based, as required)

Flexibility will be required to support additional weekend shifts for additional payment.
